The poems are to be inspired by the word you choose.
Whatever they make you think, feel or remember...go with it!


Remember that each word can only be used once.

That way no 2 people have the same word.

If you need help finding seven letter words starting with "P"

I've provided a list at the bottom of the contest since the link I had here is no longer working.

 

 

 

If you have a prewritten poem that fits the contest feel free to enter
but I'm not sure how many would.


All entries will be commented on prior to the final judging.

 

 

You MAY reserve your word by entering a page with only the word

you have chosen as the title so no one else takes it.

But PLEASE do come finish the poem before the contest closes.

    My firsts thought was "Whoa--cool contest!" I scrolled down and my next thought was "owwwwwwwwwwwwwww--damn my eyes!"

        oh yes much better. BTW. I upgraded two of my pieces (paisley and platypi) from reserves to actual poems but for SOME reason from the contest page my browser still shows them in their original state. From my author page they're fine, and once you click on them they're fine. I'm not sure what it is, but so you know, they are completed not just reserves.

    Perfect Pasta is missing

    I submitted and it posted for a long while my entry titled "Perfect Pasta" It is not here anymore. What happened?

      I've no idea. I've not removed any entries so I'm sorry but I cannot tell you what happened to it. I can only suggest checking your pages and seeing if it is there.
