As some of you know, my favorite day of the year is Valentine's Day, so........
I thought, as always, I would have a Valentine's Day contest
♥Last year, I had a few options, so I think I shall try that again because it worked very well
option #1 .........a unique love poem
I don't want your average love poem...It won't win...
I want something unique and breathtaking...
Sensual is beautiful (no hard core erotica please)
So make me sigh...♥
option #2.........love and nature intertwined can create such beauty...Can you write this? I think you can
option #3.......... send a Valentine to the one you love ...or
a secret valentine to tell someone how you feel
BE CREATIVE with this option....and unique
option #4.........be inspired by this quote:
"You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”

I hope that one of these options inspire you! I love vivid imagery, metaphor, alliteration and especially emotion...I love all poetry when written beautifully....

So.....I chose the poems that moved me the most...
Gold.... touched me personally...THe poet describes a special love that foes deeper than many know...I do know that kind of love and so it got me right in the heart like a cupid...and I saw my own love for my special one .....
Silver...touched me not only as a love poem, but as a poem of love for all of mankind...This year in the midst of a new beginning, this touched me deeply and brought to mind our longing for peace and love across this wonderful planet...
Bronze....Amazing so filled with a magical sense of love that goes beyond mankind and envelops nature in all of its beauty joining hands with life itself...I was moved by the beauty of language, metaphor and warmth expressed...
ALL OF THE HM's touched me as well , each in their own special ways...If I could award more trophies, all of you would be worthy!
