I recently won a gold trophy from a contest held by righteousme, so I'm PIF...
Ok, almost a year ago, I was in a multi round poetry contest, and the challenge was to write a poem 30-40 words ,but with a twist...
All the words used must start with the same letter...
No connecting words are to be allowed to be used for the challenge... Example: or, but, either, neither, only, with, like, etc.
Here is an example of a poem that I submitted:
'Revenge'
Retinas retaining reaffirming rues,
religiously, ravishingly redundant reviews,
realistically regimental,rigorously removed,
riled ,ridiculed, rather ruined
rustically rushed, retentively rubenesque,
roughly reviled, revolutionary roulette,
restraining riffs, reverberating repertoire,
realizing repercussions resoundingly restart...
So, that is my challenge to you, the lucky poets who decide to enter...
The Rules:
Reserve your spot, choose a letter , A-Z... Only 1 letter per poet, duplicates are not allowed... So if you choose the letter,'E' - reserve it , use it as your working temporary title, so no one else can use it!
30-40 words max... any subject...
Remember, do not use connecting words, like: or, but, either, neither, only, with, like, etc...
I realize that this is a difficult challenge,so take your time, and pen me something brilliant...
Any subject is allowed for this contest...
This contest is only open to 26 people... 1 person/letter of the alphabet...
No pre writes, please... Only fresh writes for this contest...
I will comment on each entry,at the time of judging, 2 weeks from now... Might close earlier,if all the spots are filled...Or cancel the contest, if there is a lack of participants...
Remember, 1000 points for first place, and a visually stunning gold lame' trophy!
)
Have fun!

Thank you...
..for hosting a wonderful alliteration contest ~ it's one of my favourite poetic devices to play about with ~ so to be able to indulge in it to its fullest extent was like being a pig in ...well, you know what!
Delighted with the Silver ~ thank you!
