AP Family

Okay this is my first contest.

I am basically looking for an AP family on here. You don't have to read any of my poems but do please read my page to gain an idea of what I am like, wouldn't want you joining the family of a person you may not like!

What I would like you to do is to write a poem - it does not have to be ABOUT you, but it does need to capture some essence or aspect of who you are. This way it allows me to see the person and the poet. So it can't be completely fictional, has to have some truth to it. (in other words if you do a fantasy poem the character you are making should be similar to something in your own character/personality/thoughts).

I only have a couple of rules
1) no profanity
2) no adult or erotica as I may have young people taking part in this.
3) no attacking anyone else's work unreasonably. a slight criticism I can understand but if you are rutheless your chances of becoming a winner go to nil.

I love virtually every style of poetry and I love the creativity I have seen on this site so dazzle me with who you are and the talents at your disposal.
