Simple:
find someone that rhymes well,
write something romantic with them.
Sensuality is fine but no erotica.

Ideas to find a co-author:

most of my favorites rhyme well (most) invite someone from there
read random poems and ask someone that rhymes well ...
maybe you'll meet a new fav.
