Simple contest: today (January 4) is the anniversary of my fifth year at allpoetry.
So five is your prompt.
Minimal swearing, no erotica.
Try for good grammar/spelling.
I'm allowing prewrites, but I prefer fresh writes, and (as always) prewrites should be topical.
I'll add more points and trophies if I get more entries, but as of late my contests have been sadly short on poems (and I end up handing out a ton of points for nothing).
(title is a quote from Monty Python and the Holy Grail; if you want to jump off that for inspiration, be my guest.)

- Final notes: Thank you all for your inspiring and creative writes: it's amazing what poets can do with a simple prompt like "five". I enjoyed reading all of your poetry, the finalists struck me in a certain special way, but every poem was wonderful. Thanks for making the celebration of my fifth year here on Allpoetry so poetic, and reminding me why I'm still here: to experience talent such as yours!

I was actually going to title it something more along those lines!
And as I said, I'd love for people to jump off with Monty Python inspiration. I may just hold a contest specifically for that later.
