Contest Put the cat out please by cricketjeff

If you want to win you had probably best aim for something short, funny and decidedly naughty in the mature sense of the word. Oh and we love rhyme but great free verse will always have a chance!

I, Jeff, love limericks but you'll have more chance with a series of them. 10-20 lines ideally. Gold and Silver and Bronze + HMs if poems are wonderful. The winner, if not a Winkler, will be invited to join the Winklings.

  • Final notes:
    The sole judge is cricketjeff. His spotting of a good poem is as asdtuter as sopotting a young batsman to win the Ashes.

    Sex and cats do not come into my head but the English find sex anywhere. (Just my jovial or jocose cynicism. }

    ah... a light subject, very nice...I'd like to see more humor in AP contests, more limericks too..although i cannot do them...i enjoy them, a test for the clever minds, well done here...PK

    I came to look at this poem so my daughter ANEKA 5years could enter, but I don't think this is suitable for a child of her age looks like fun for grownups rather... Hope you enjoy this one!!!!
