The Christmas Blues ...you got em'?

so the prompt is " the christmas blues"

are you down in the dumps and dreading the holidays?
sweating over gifts to get every one?
afraid you are going to loose your job?

over working yourself to give your kids the best x-mas ever?
confused about the wheather? or hating it.?

are you remembering lost loved ones? and it hurts?
are you missing something or some one this xmas?

you just feel like laying around, just not even caring? dont care what xmas brings, its just another holiday? u lost ur xmas spirit?

ok that is all the symptoms of the christmas blues.

Trust me I am going through the same thing.

what I would like for you to do is to pen me something with the prompt being the christmas blues.

how is xmas making you feel this year?
worried, sad, depressed, happy, angry, fearful, etc.

You can pen me a novel, you can pen me a poem, you can pen me a big paragraph venting, an essay, anything you would like to do that puts your feelings into some kind of expression in words.

just make me feel what your blues are like.

more points will be added as I see fit.
keep me busy during the xmas holiday time, write me something good!

so that is it for now you may enter up to 3 times and pre-written entries are allowed.

rules-
there are none. have fun kiddos go with the prompt as u please.

best of luck to you all in the future and with your writing.

I disagree. Remembering one's dead relatives and friends was originally one of the fundamentals of the winter solstice feast... the longest night, when, unseen, the ghosts return. And for me at least, that is one of the most beautifu -and happy -l parts of the festival.

well I mean for some people I guess you could take it however you wish, I know for me remembering things grandpa did and such at xmas time kind of makes me more depressed than before and such...I mean it could go either way so obviously if you dont feel this way then dont choose to write about the prompt then.
