The poems are to be inspired by the word you choose.
Whatever they make you think, feel or remember...go with it!
Remember that each word can only be used once.
That way no 2 people have the same word.
If you need help finding seven letter words starting with "F"

If you have a prewritten poem that fits the contest feel free to enter
but I'm not sure how many would.
All entries will be commented on prior to the final judging.
You MAY reserve your word by entering a page with only the word
you have chosen as the title so no one else takes it.
But PLEASE do come finish the poem before the contest closes.
Good luck to all!

I wonder if this really will allow up to 10 entries because I had a poem get booted out of a contest this morning that said it allowed up to 100 entries, so I am assuming that the system malfunctions if the number gets into the 3 digits?

-
I've just tested several contests that allow more than one entry and the glitch appears to be site wide. I've left a note for Kevin to fix it

tried to enter another but what happened is the new one repalced the original one???? my original word was "Fringed"

My apologies. There appears to be a glitch with the contests. I am told it should hopefully be fixed within a day or so. I'm very sorry that it kicked out your other entry.

This is still not fixed as of today.
I really love these seven word, less than 10 lines contests! You really seem to have a hit on your hands with this series. Thanks! -

Should be fixed now another contestant got theirs in

Yeah, It's working now. However, with so many attempts my entries show as prewrites.
