Chants

Write any kind of chant. Some that come to mind are marching chants and kids' jump rope chants. OR... how about a Boy or Girl Scout hiking chant? A camper's chant would be fun, too.

Camping here is very hard!
Wish I'd camped in my backyard!
etc. ...

WOW... A chant witches might do for an enchantment.

Write a chant as short or as long as you wish, but remember that the idea of a chant is that the chanters would be able to memorize it easily, and it must rhyme.

Example:

Cinderella
met a fella
kissed him hard
in the yard.

He was flustered
turned to mustard
scooped him up,
lucky pup.

As you guessed, that was a playground jump rope chant. lol The marching chants I've heard were at Army posts, done by soldiers as they marched.

Rules:

Nothing that will make me blush and I blush easily. lol

    I never played jump rope, didn't join the army, and all I can think of is an ancient dirty rhyme. LOL leaves me out

      Ah, come on Griswold... Make up a marching chant. It's easy. It could be for Boy Scouts. lol A funny Boy Scout marching chant would be fun to write.
