Reliving the Past

This will be my fifth contest, and I want to make it a good one. I want to get at least 20 entries; anyone is welcome to enter. All that in mind lets get to the prompt:

Prompt: I want you to write me a poem about a past memory, which you will never forget. I don’t care what subject you use just know that any X rated content will be disqualified (after all children are on this website). Since this is about a past experience I believe the largest majority of you have a poem already penned so for this occasion I will allow pre-writes. I want to inform you I reserve the right to change the points as I please.

All that’s left to be said is get those pens moving, and pen me out some great writes!

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on November 30, 2008
  • Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 200, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 1 people
  • Final notes:
I just want to thank everyone for entering, and I also want you all to know that this was very hard to judge. It was to the extreme that I had to bring in a second opinion to decide. All of you should be proud of your writes because they were outstanding. I hope to see your entries at the next one.

Can it be about memories of a certain time period or so that you won't ever forget?
