Alright. In the past years, I have lost all hope. Hope for anything to change. For my life to get better. I lost hope in myself, and in others. So. I am going to have a few options for my 5th contest. I want you to write the most amazing poem that you can. I want you to show me that hope is possible. But it has to be new, it has to be fresh, and it has to be amazing.
Before I begin, here are a few, ever present rules. (Pesky little things)
1. No TyPiNg LiKe ThIs...Honestly, who wastes there time on that?
2. No "Emo" Poetry. This includes, but not limited to: Suicide, cutting, despiration. "I have nothing to live for" Shizz like this will get you disqualified. I am Depressed, people, no need to make it worse.
3. Put this in your AN, or you will be disqualified. (It's in the rules, do them!) "I may not know who I am, but I know who I loved, and now he's gone, taking a part of me with him."
4. Put option number in AN. You will be disqualified without it.
Alright, now, Options!
I. I want you to inspire me. To do this, write about the person that you concider a hero, someone you love. Write about what they did for you, make it poetic, and beautiful.
II. I want you to write what helps you get over a loss. I know that it is a hard thing to do, (I've had to do it...over...and over...and-)Tell me what helped you through it, but in a poetic way.
III. In this option, I want you to tell me how you see yourself, and how others percieve you. I want you to use the words "Glistening" and "hope" each at least once. And it can not be used with the words "Devoid, or without" HAppy poems people, or at least as close as you can get.
IV. Alright, for this one, I want you to write a religious aspect of hope. I don't care what religion, I just want you to write about how your religious figure inspires you.
V. Last one, but the best. I want you to write about how you give others hope. How do you help them? I know you guys have before, and I want to know about it!
Okay, I prefere these types of poetry
-Freeverse
-GOOD Rhyme
I don't really care about
-BAD Rhyme
-Haiku
any others, I may or may not like, depending on how it sounds to me.
Alright people, remember Happy and filled with hope. The write that inspires me, and makes me smile wins!
