Amaze Me With Your Words

 

I want to be amazed by the poetry of the best writers on AP.

 

This is a PIF and I would ask that the winner holds a contest with 400 points.

There is no picture prompt this time. 

 

 

You may take this prompt any way you like, I will leave it to you.

 

You may submit any form of poetry you wish, free verse, rhyme, form.

 

Only one entry per poet and NO pre-writes.

 

No line limits, but please no epics either.

 

No swearing or bad language, I am sure you can write without it. 

 

No dirty pretty or funny typing. 

 

 

Please follow the site rules, most of you know what they are.

 

Any I consider unsuitable, I will DQ.

  • Rewards: Gold: 1000, Silver: 500, Bronze: 250, Honorable mention: 7 people
  • Final notes:
    Firstly I would like to thank all the poets who entered, there were some truly amazing poems for me to read and you all seemed to individualize the prompt.
    The winner of the gold was for me outstanding, although I had trouble between gold and silver, they were both gold in my book. The bronze was a beautiful sonnet and the HM's are in no particular order.
    I would appreciate the winner PIFing 400 points to another contest or giving them to someone who would like to run a contest.
    I hope you all enjoyed writing as much as I did reading...thank you.
