My Best Friend

Everyone one of us are friends when we first meet, however as time passes we become so close and thus are each others best friend.. When I was four I had my first best friend, when I changed schools I had a new one.. Thus best friend does not have to be restricted to just one person alone.. I have five best friends whom I can't live without so to say.. So In this contest I want you guys to really think about your best friend maybe it's your wife, your sister, your dog or your stuffed bear.. As long as they mean the world to you and you mean the world to them.. Write me a piece about your best friend, tell me why they are your best friends and not just friends.. Do they make an impact on your life? Leave a hole in your heart when their gone?? Let me in on all your emotions and I'll let you in on mine.. My Best Friend
Today I found a friend,
Who knew everything I felt.
She knew my every weakness,
And the problems I've been dealt.

She understood my wonders,
And listened to my dreams.
She listened to how I felt about life and love,
And knew what it all means.

Not once did she interrupt me,
Or tell me I was wrong.
She understood what I was going through,
And promised she'd stay long

I reached out to this friend
To show her that i care
To pull her close and let her know
How much I need her there

I went to hold her hand
To pull her a bit nearer
And realized that this perfect friend I found
Was nothing but my mirror.


BESTEST FRIEND !

When I cry you help me out
When I'm happy you hear me shout
When I grin you know I'm really mad
because you are my best friend
You can tell when I'm sad

You're there in thick and thin
You're my best friend
You hear me out when I want to talk
You help me out when I get mad
You are the bestest friend I've ever had

So hear me out when I say
You're the light in my day
You are the moon in my night
You shine very bright

and I miss you

My best Friend

I have a true friend indeed,
she always there in times of need.
We've known each other since we were five,
she is hard worker and loves to strive.

We may not have a lot in common but one thing we do,
is that I like to write poetry, she does to.
We meet whenever we can, that's apart from school,
she is very creative and very very cool.

I enjoy spending time with her and doing funny things,
were not those kind of girls who wear jewelery and rings.
She has this very favorite band, which now I like to,
I would never have liked this music if it wasn't for you.

She stood up for me in my real time of need,
for that I will thank her always indeed.
She has made me who I have become today,
I want to thank her everyday.

She is a very different girl, that is what I like,
we enjoy walking and talking, and at times riding bikes.
We like to write poems and listen to songs too,
I would have been someone else if it wasn't for you.

Ever since you came back friends we have become,
because before you came to this school I was rather glum.
If it wasn't for you I would not read, or listen to music like you do,
and for all that and a lot more I want to thank you..

I hope we can be friends for life, because without you
my life would be so plain and bland, I'd never have anything to do.
