Defeaning Silence [PROMPTS]

OKAY OKAY OKAY: i've had an INSANE itching to have a contest and now that i've gained the points to do so yet again, HERE I AM!

now make this worth it because points are hard to come by, in my case, and i want this to work XDDDD

okay. i've a few prompts for you to go by...
the basic thought of it all is the term :

"Deafening Silence" <------ i'm looking for poems that are both calming but make a strong point in statement.

there is my absolute favorite quote:

---like i said:
looking for both calming but strong poetry. My particular faves are the darks, the depressings: the stronger emotions that, let's face it, are easier to write about XDDDD

i don't mind if it ryhms but freewrites are very welcome.

    i was getting impatient and the sooner this is over with, the better XDDD

    i really liked judging this contest... not all of the writes were as expected, but then, what write DOES live up to an expectation?
