Incompleted Thoughts (quick and easy contest)

Don't you just hate it when you get a brilliant idea for a poem, like a few lines or a phrase, but no matter how long you set in front of the computer you cannot figure out how to write an entire piece around it. Well, here is your big chance.

 

Enter those few brilliant lines or that phrase here in this contest and I will judge based on the originality of both the thought, and its wording.  There is no limit on how short it can be, but I do not want anything more than four lines. It cannot be like half a poem. It needs to be a single idea only, not a lot of ideas put together.

You can pull lines from older poems as well. I have a few poems that are not very good, but they were based on one really good Idea I could not finish. So feel free to find those prewritten lines and enter them as well.
 
Also, you can enter more than one. Up to three.

      I think you can enter few times, though I think that I will make this not an anonymous contest so that one person does not take more than one trophy.

    This is so good.

    What does every body think of a follow up contest. One where we pick a set of lines NOT our own to finish in our own way.

    I would be willing to donate points.

      I actually like that idea. It would make it like a round contest, but with a twist I might send out a note before I close this to get some opinions.
