This contest is inspired by the rough economy and financial times we are facing. I want original and creative works.

Everyday, for one full year, you pick up a penny and set it aside. One penny per day of the full year. 365 pennies or $3.65 cents. I want a poem about what you would spend your $3.65 on, and why.

    Thank you to everyone who entered. You all did quite well with the prompt. I picked the top 5 based on originality and clever use of there 3.65. I really was impressed with the turn out and the wide variety of ideas we got. Thank you again and congratulations to the winners.

    Oh and, I would either buy a pack of cigarettes (I'm trying to quit smoking but nicking), or I would buy an assortment of flower seeds (that way I can plant them and give them to my girlfriend, oh, and sell them to buy more seeds.
