PLEASE READ THE RULES
If you enter your poem in another contest while it is in
my contest and you get a trophy from the other contest, please
remove your poem from my contest. Thanks!

I have ALWAYS RULES that keep
my contest from being something everybody wants to enter.
My feelings won’t be hurt if you don’t want to enter.
If you don’t want to follow these rules, there are
MANY other contest you can enter.

1. Write complete sentences with correct punctuation.
2. Spell correctly. (Your word processor should have a Spell Check feature.)
3. Write complete sentences with correct punctuation.
4. Be sure your poem has an obvious Beginning, Middle and End.
5. Write complete sentences with correct punctuation.
6. Write complete thoughts rather than just poetic phrases.
7. Write complete sentences with correct punctuation.
8. Length: Between 20 and 40 lines

    Thank all of you for entering my contest. My apologies to those I had to remove. My appreciation to those who made requested edits. If there had been a way, A Charmed Life, Where is Joy, Such Precious Time and One Memory would all have received Gold Trophies. As it was, I had to change my number of Honorable Mentions from six to ten. Y’all didn’t make it easy on me. I’m grateful to have read your work. Blessings.

    damn... if only I didnt have so many depressing poems and ok poems with too many lines
