This contest is about minimalistic "diary" poetry.
It will be officially closed in one or two days. But it will not be judged for two weeks afterward - on Nov. 3.
Your entry does not yet need a title. It should be a poem, metaphorical or literal but as creative and as "you" that you can make it. No longer than five lines and no more than 4 words per line. The subject? Something that has happened today, or how you have felt. Please do use creativity.
Then, go edit the poem page every day to add another similar poem about that day. They don't have to relate much except in that the subject is you. A snippet of you.
I understand that we all (hopefully!) have a more important life outside of AP... but I would like you guys to enter at least 8 snippets in 8 days... I will be lenient about how many you enter, but don't add one or two if you'll just forget about them.
Also, please specify in your AN whether or not you would like constructive criticism and please date each snippet.

First, I really really apologize for making you guys wait so much. I just wanted to wait till I had the time to give everyone a decent comment.
Also, I want to thank you all for making this such an amazing contest. The four winners were seriously all worth gold... well okay, the gold winner was special in that upon reading that piece, I immediately got that irrational, ecstatic "i-have-a-winner" feeling, but all the other three have truly spoken to me and stuck with me. I would suggest anyone and everyone to read them.
I would also like to mention that I truly loved the other entries, too.
