Halloween Options for ages 13 and UNDER Only

   

 

This contest is for ages 13 and under ONLY.

If you are older that 13, your entry will be removed.


For this contest...


Option 1:

 

 

Write a acrostic poem using the word Halloween.

An acrostic is a poem with the word down like this:

a

l

l

o

w

e

e

n

 

Then you write a poem using the words starting with the first

letter in each line. If you need help just ask


Option 2:

 

Write a poem inspired by the Addam's family.

 

 

 

 

 

Option 3:

 

Write any sort of poem having to do with Halloween.

It can be about

 

monsters,

witches,

werewolves,

vampires,

ghosts...

or

 

whatever halloween means to you.

 

You can enter a pre-written poem IF if fits the contest.
You can enter  as much as you want.

 

I usually do not comment on the entries until AFTER

the contest closes. But I will comment on them all prior to judging.

 

I will not be giving points for 2nd and 3rd place unless I get at least 10 entries.

So I hope LOTS of kids enter this because I do love to give away prizes!

    Sorry for the delay in judging. I wanted to make sure and read them all properly and several times (actually enlisted my family and friends to help judge). You all did a wonderful job here and I enjoyed them all. I can't wait to see who wrote what. Thanks for entering and congrats to you all.
