Just in Time For October

So, this would be my second contest on allpoetry

And since this is my second contest Ive decided no crutch of having my best friend help me with the contest.

Read the whole thing. Dont skip about. Ill love you forever if you participate, even if you dont win.

Lately Ive found myself listening to some more heavy music than I normally do, things such as Superjoint Ritual, Otep, Ice Nine Kills, Job For A Cowboy...etc. (or is that ect.? i think i was right the first time...back to the point.)

I want something dark, original, creative, MINDBLOWING.

I want to be driven to dance in insanity by how amazing your work is.

Now, when I say dark, I dont mean "Sally and I were in all pink and we killed a bug."

HELL NO.

I mean "And I grinned as I slowly watched all the blood pour from his neck like a fountain, the evil rat bastard finally dying."

(not that you can use that line)

RULES!!! (yes, they are necesary)

1) No bashing, although Ive never had this problem before.
2) RULE CHANGE! prewrites now allowed.
3) NO DIRTY PRETTY. That shit drives me insane. XP
4) Option required. If you dont specify, I will remove you from the contest.
5) If for some reason you feel like irritating me, or making me unusually mad (which is generally very hard) you WILL be revomed from the contest.
6) One entry per writer. Not negotiable.
7) Have fun. I dont want to be a nag and hinder you with rules and restrictions. If you feel you didnt write with your all, dont submit it.

OPTIONS (not optional, sorry)

1) Choose any song you would consider evil, dark, demented and write about it. Either put the song title and author in the title of the poem or put "Option 1- (title of the song and the author)" in your notes.

2) Choose one of these two songs and write about them.

(I would love you forever if you did this, but I will also be more critical. Food for thought.) Again, specify either in the title or in your notes.

3) Choose a picture to write about. Send the picture to me in a message first for approval. Specify in notes only.

Sorry if I seem strict, just after the last horror of a contest I did, Ive decided rules are damn useful. I was far too vague with my last contest.
