    mercutio is the only character from romeo and juliet i ever felt anything for.

      Same. In the movie I felt sympathy for Tybalt as Romeo wanted to make amends after the fued and he didn't quite know what to do. Just a big confusion, and guns. And blood. Then death.

      But the Characters Romeo and Juliet just left me cold.
