For this contest I am interested in reading short poetry. By 'short' I mean five lines or less.
Form poetry (i.e. Haiku) is welcome. So is free verse. You can rhyme or not rhyme. All subject matters are welcome. I expect to get a ton of nature poems, as haikus often are, but I encourage you to think outside the box and give me some more original subjects.
Pre-writes are allowed- up to 3. You may enter up to six times. But please only three pre-writes. I will disqualify otherwise.
As always with my contests, I intend to comment on each and every entry. Just give me a little time, because I have a feeling this will be another big one with lots of entries.

- Final notes: Sorry to everyone for how long it took to judge this. There were some absolutely fantastic writes in this contest. I had a hard time with the judging. All the finalists were great, and there were also many really good poems that didn't make finalists list, and probably would have in a smaller contest.
Sadly, I had to disqualify quite a few people, the contest was for five lines or less. Apparently, many did not read the rules.
