Prayers And Healing Thoughts For Sai Baba's Lotus' Mother

today, I come to you in order to ask you for prayers and healing thoughts for charishma ramchandani's (sai baba's lotus') beloved mother who has been hospitalized ...

http://allpoetry.com/Sai%20Babas%20Lotus

please offer her some heartfelt words of comfort ...
feel free to give way to your muse in any way you wish ...
uplifting and positive poetry only, please ...
spiritual (not necessarily religious) poems are encouraged ...
multiple entries are welcome ...

charishma's family lives in india, so if you are familiar and inspired by the spiritual traditions of india, please don't hesitate to create a verse including this element ...

I have the intuition that poems about and prayers to goddess durga will be particularly appreciated and honored ...

in the vedic sciences, a special mantra is offered to goddess durga, "she who relieves all difficulties" ... she is depicted as a shining woman, resplendent in a sari, riding on a tiger ... her many arms, symbolizing her different capacities and qualities, carry an array of weaponry : a spear, a sword, bow and arrow, an axe, and many others ... she is meant to depict the ferocious protection of a mother for her children ...

ROGANA SESANA PAHAMSI TUSTA
RUSTA TU KAMAN SAKALANABHISTAN
TVAMASRITANAM NA VIPANNARANAM
TVAMASRITA HYASRAYATAM PRAYANTI

[when you are pleased you destroy all illnesses
and when you are displeased you frustrate all desires
no calamity or disease befalls those who take refuge in you
and those who take refuge in you invariably become a refuge to others ]

some poetic offerings to charishma and her mother by maa :

"Riding The Tiger - Tribute To Devi Durga"

 http://allpoetry.com/poem/4073527

In crimson dressed, suggesting action
protecting virtue through her powers
The Holy War, her satisfaction
she breaks the walls of evil’s towers

Her tender arms hold sharpened weapons
one mace, a sword, one disc, a trident
Observe her battle as it happens
she kills the ego, brings detachment

She’s Durga Devi on Her tiger
who chases greed with wisdom’s arrow
No other Goddess can defeat her
whose heart is vast, and path is narrow

Oh Devi, keep us in Your favour
so we may know Nirvana’s flavour

    Dear All,

Thank you so much for these wonderful poems. My Mom just knows there are some wonderful people who have written poems for her to get well soon. She's still in hospital..been 12 days now. Her White blood cells count has come down from 29,800 to 12,000. However, her creatinine count is still very high and worrying all of us.

Please continue to keep her in your prayers.

    With love,
    Charishma

      for manoj sanyal

very honestly, dear manoj, I didn't have the slightest idea about this amazing synchronicity of events ! why this contest was judged on exactly this day, and neither before nor after ... why durga received gold ... I feel like a servant of the divine, and often don't resonate with my mind when "judging" a contest, the decision imposes itself, despite of "me" ... the non-dual teachings of advaita vedanta have shown me that "I am not the doer", but doing just happens ... of course, spiritually not inclined people would misinterpret this statement and ask : "yes, but what about responsibility for our acts ? what about somebody doing acts of harm ?" - and the answer would be : one who has detached from identification with ego-mind, and follows inner wisdom of the heart, is very unlikely to commit acts of harmfulness ...

well, enough rambling from my side ...

but please do know, that I am deeply touched by your message and truly see it as a blessing for you as well as for charishma's family ... signs like this are treasures on our pathless path ...
