Write me something that is related in some way to stress (in honours of an unexpected deadline in my final year of my undergrad. Eeek!). Prewrites are allowed, but be aware that I will be more critical of them. I *may* (time permitting, of course) ask all finalists to enter a secondary contest later, likely with the task of editing the poem posted here in order to improve it. Just so you're all prepared. Otherwise, go nuts.
Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on September 29, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 300
- Final notes: Thanks to everyone that entered. If you made the fina-list, or I commented "continue" on your poem you have been invited to join the next round. It will be called "Complete Stress 2" (for simplicity's sake)-> the object of the contest is to edit the poem you submitted for this contest. Please be sure to keep the original version of your poem up somewhere on the site and to link to it in your author's notes in the new contest, as I need to see signs of the editing process. Thanks again!
