Topic:
Parents who just don't understand.

Lately I have been having issues with my parents and trust, so far my social life has become limited... All I want from you is to write about a disagreement you had with a parent and how they "Just don't understand." please keep all topics serious i don't want something like "my mom wont let me go to the movies, or stay out late." ya get what I'm saying. Be yourself and just have fun, vent if needed.

Great contest topic... in terms of how you feel, better make sure that it is that ur parents don't understand as you say. Because sometimes, they understand too well. And that's the place they're coming from.
I'm not a parent. But I am a teacher. And so, of couse, I never understand the plight of my students. Or that's what they assume until I share my experiences and then they realise that I understand more that THEY know. And even after, there are still the ones who find it easier to cling to the "she doesn't get it". That gives them the excuse they need to do foolishness.

So be careful... be sure that they really don't understand... and that it isn't a case where they understand more than you know.

    okay?

    (hugs)
