I remember lots of things -- how about you?
This contest is all about memories (or memoirs, if you like) -- it could also be about things you don't remember!
Poems must be between 10 and 30 lines (really no more than 50, absolute max.) -- that means no Haiku or whatever (even though I really like those forms)!
You can rhyme, or not -- you can use leading CAPS or not -- you can write like e.e. cummins, T. S. Elliot or not or anybody, but
try to be original and creative!
Please, use backgrounds that are relatively "vanilla" -- in other words, backgrounds must be fairly plain and a single color, with good contrast (I want to be able to read your hard work, after all) -- any subject is OK, But, No erotic or Adult content, OK?
You have two poetic options:
(1) Write a poem about Things You Remember!
or
(2) Write a poem about Things You Don't Remember!
Regardless of the option, that you choose, please be unambiguous and DON'T do BOTH Remember AND Don't Remember!
Please indicate in your Author' Notes which option you chose for your poem!
The usual rules apply here!
CONTEST will END October 8, 2008!
Have fun, think back and haul out those good old brain cells, let's have some fun and Remember!
