This is my seventh contest! And I want you to write about something you're passionate about. I want to join the peace corps and ameri corps, and hopefully go on to become a psychologist. I'm passionate about helping people; so tell me what really pulls at your heart and what you're willing to fight for. A cause that you are dedicated to, something that maybe you're involved in or want to be involved in. Maybe something that you've experienced personally that you want to change. Some idea are:
Gay rights, drug abuse, child abuse, poverty, pro-choice/pro-life , AIDS, etc.
Here are some guidelines that you need to follow, if you don't abide by them I will remove you and give someone else a chance to enter. I don't like doing it so don't make me do it.
1.I am in no way religious, and I don't believe in God. I think it's fine if you do, whatever gets you through the night. I just prefer that religion be kept out of this to avoid anyone being offended including myself. I think faith is important don't get me wrong, but I cannot relate to those feelings and I don't enjoy reading about God.
2. NO OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WHATSOEVER. There are better words, clean it up.
3. NO story length poetry please. Keep it reasonable.
4. Check your spelling!
5. Please be respectful of everyone in this contest, and that includes gay bashing, racism, or any other topic deemed offensive by me. Any unwanted sexual advances toward me or anyone else you will be removed and reported. I don't care if you're joking.
6. Please stay on topic. I will remove you if it's way off and you just saw it and entered.
7. Have fun with it!
