I'm creating this contest because I'm extremely bored and in dire need of some serious inspiration.
Give me variety! Give me poetry that goes beyond the norm you find printed on a fortune cookie. Be bold! Be contraversial! Be whoever you are and don't censer it for the sake of being "politically correct." I want the real thing folks, as fresh and raw as you can give me.
That's your prompt. The subject matter is entirely up to you as long as you can make it really interesting for me.
Ok for the sake of keeping some kind of sanity around here I guess we have to have a few rules...
1.nO TyPINg LiKE ThIS!
2.no really distracting backgrounds. i'd rather not have my eyes bleed just to read your entries. monochromatic colors are prefered.
3.no bashing other people. just because i want it raw doesn't mean i want to read senseless hate poetry writted out of spite and absolutely no creativity. go vent somewhere else please, i'm not going to listen to it.
4.if you write about something with mature content please label it as so. that should be common sense people.
