- Final notes: Congrats to all. I can't apologise enough for the delay that turned this into, possibly, the longest gap from close to judgement ever ... anywhere on site. The reason were serious, so trust that it wasn't a case of idle wasting.
I thank you all again for the infinite patience you've shown. Not one participant IM'd me with abuse and, given that I'd not have faulted anyone such, I am truly impressed and thankful.
All that said ... read the finalists - each brought something strong to the game ... so while judging was lengthy, it was certainly not a simple task.
