First off know that,
" I love, love, love Autumn...
Ok beautiful people.
This is my favorite time of year.
So I want you to write about Autumn,
and its beauty.
All the beathtaken colors and the freshness
in the air.
Tell me what Autumn looks like in your part
of the world.
My rules are always the same,
Just be nice,
and if anyone disrespects anyone else,
it's goodbye to them,
I will DQ you in a second.
Ok that it about it, so have fun and
good luck.
Also there will only be one winner,
so winner takes all,
and more points will be added at the
end of the contest.
Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on September 12, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 700
- Final notes: I have never read so many beautiful poems about autumn before in my life. I truly
love this time of year. Here in the city
my street is lined with trees and all the
beautiful colors are amazingly breathtaking.
I wish it could stay this way all year long. It is not too hot and not too cold, it's just right and at night there is a cool breeze, making for a peaceful night sleep.
Anyway I thank each and everyone of you.
You poets are very talented. I have booked marked every poem so I could go back and read them again.
It was so hard picking a winner, but I did
[ Autumn Danced ] for some reason that poem just reached out and touched my heart.
I hope you will all enter my contests to come, and if any of you hold a contest, please send me a link and I shall return the favor.
Thanks again and many blessings to you all.
Joyce

I'm sorry, that wasn't the poem I meant to enter. I don't know how to delete it myself, but if you'd like I wouldn't be hurt if you removed it from the contest. If your not too angery, I'd love a chance to enter the poem I originally wanted to enter?

I don't have a poem about autumn but you should check out "To Autumn" by John Keats if you haven't already. It's one of my personal faves and helped me get through the testing period when 'Strictly Come Dancing' came off the telly.
