"Roots"

I won Wanda's (Night Hope) PIF contest...
so here is my effort to carry on.

ten thousand cicadas is doing this with me,
she wrote this beautiful poem this morning...

http://allpoetry.com/poem/4559089#

and we are asking you to grow in deeper,
stronger, fingers,

the words to save us.

Just think of "roots" and write what it means for you.

No rules...just beautiful poetry.

First let me say, I admire hosts that launch such themes as this that cause us a deeper stimulation as we pause to consider stronger meanings. Then,
I am so honored to have been recognized with gold!
Congrats to all who've had their efforts encouraged by this theme. Blue
