Looks like this is going to be a hard contest to judge, all entries are superb! I wish I could award more Gold or even a Platinum as well I love every entry a lot.

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on August 31, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 400, Bronze: 300, Honorable mention: 5 people
- Final notes: I wanted to give Gold to everyone, this was so hard to judge.
In the end it came down to who touched on the theme the most, the theme being the ascension of the soul, the transcension of consciousness, the Chironian journey to a new incarnation perhaps, the shift from mortality to immortality and back again, the concise way in which this was covered and any inclusion of the theme words or suggested subject matter.
Alpha and Omega: mentioned some of the keywords and dealt directly with the essence of this contest in doing so and very concisely too. The rhyme was also good.
Part of the Universe: Was particularly good on the emotion of the ascending soul which was lovely and the sentiments were beautiful too, also nice and concise and to the point so easy to read and a lot said despite being fewer lines, which is clever. Clever as well on the descriptives and graphics.
Give Me Back My Soul: Love the name of this poem, its such fun. Love the terminology in this one and again a lot said in a nice concise poem to appeal to the attention span of many readers. Clever as well on the descriptives and graphics. I would have liked to have given this poem silver as well as the above one, neck and neck for silver but sadly could not do that as its not permitted, otherwise I would have done this.
The Joining of Souls: I would have loved to have given a higher award to as this was another brilliant poem, lovely essence and great on wisdom and empathy, lots of important messages conveyed too here. Clever on graphics and descriptives as well.
The Kiss of Life: Another brilliant poem and again mentioning the keywords so very direct toward the subject matter, so again I wanted to award higher but rules don't permit this sadly. Great work again though.
Soul Struggle is intense on emotion and that is fantastic stuff too, and again dealing with the subject matter directly. Clever graphics and powerful on ambiance, wanted to award a higher award for this one too but again I sadly couldn't. Clever work.
Life's Journey: Again directly dealing with the subject matter, strong ambiance and powerful descriptives and essence, good strong impact and also very clever and worthy of a lot higher an award, but limited places at the top prevented my awarding higher.
Shadows that Allude: Lovely and light and very dreamy and gentle on the soul, lovely breezy feeling here and tenderness, so again clever work worthy of a lot higher an award, but rules prevented this. Clever as well though.

Transcended: Another fabulous poem worthy of some recognition but again limited award system prevented this and it was great on the take and clever on poetic graphics.
Embody: Again well worthy of more recognition but limited places prevented this, yet it was fantastic and very clever and dealty well with the subject matter and lovely poetic graphics too.
I am going to suggest to AP that there be a new Platinum Award, so that more people can get higher awards, as this was so hard to judge and I was biting my nails off and struggling to put your wonderful entries into any order as they were all fabulous and fantastic and all well worthy of Gold at least. If I were able to award Gold or even platinum to you all then I would have done just that! I am so sorry I was unable to award you all Golds or Platinums, you all deserved at least this!

Congratulations to you and your Dad for your fabulous poems, you are both amazing! Credit wher eit is well due.
I would have liked to have awarded joint silver for you and your Dad, and since I couldn't I decided to be fair and up the points so that Bronze got 300pts which is what most other contests award for Gold, and that way it was like getting a gold for a bronze!
Everyone in the contest are winners you are all good.

Every one of you was a Gold Level Winner! If it had been possible I would have given all of you Gold's at least.You are ALL winners and all brilliant poets and thanks millions for entering.
I will be running another contest very soon and I hope you will come back and enter that too.
