Greetings - for those of you up to a challenge. This is a very loose-fitting structural theme. Simply, write me a chronology. No rhyming please. It can be real, made-up, "historical", or a personal timeline. It can be the chronology of the life of an object you own, or a famous person, or a country...
There are no other rules. Any structure is fine, any length, any topic. Let's see what you've got -

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on September 3, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50
- Final notes: This one was difficult to judge. There is such a great deal of broadening when it comes to the definition of a chronology. All of the finalists did well, and there were a few that didn't make the finalist list that followed all of the rules, but I thought perhaps could have extended their topic, their description, etc. The top three winners not only followed the rules, but also showed me parts of themselves as poets. Each piece had a speaker, an agency - and each had a pointed beginning and end. Overall, lovely job to each participant and congrats to the winners.

Thanks to all for being patient. I'm currently a New Orleans evacuee sitting around a campfire in the woods of northern mississippi - be patient with me. I'll try to get them done today
