Well, i was going to post a bunch of rules to follow and that was going to be one of them, ABSOLUTELY NO WAGGLE MACKIES but since i didnt you may feel free to use it, so long as its not used with an exclamation point.

bookmarked ... I don't have much a sense of humor, though
... i've been sitting here a long time, and the super glue that my brother put on the rug in front of the tv where he knew I would sit just out of reach of the controls is apparently of very good quality, and the captain kangeroo re-runs he has been playing for three days is beginning to get my goat, whatever that means 
... anyhow, when i get off the rug somehow or rather ... ... oh, he left me some scissors ... ... anyhow, like I said, when I get loose will have a word or two with him about the scissors because they are useless in an odd sort of way, and the super glue i put in a puddle in front of the urinal where he does his duty in bare feet before he takes a shower, was the cheaper kind, so I'll have to see what the dickens he's up to, he has been swearing and cussing in there and the tv is making me glum !!
... but i will try to come up with something that is not as depressing as my family life right now, okay?

I would like to thank my mother, my brother, my sister and all of my good friends who think I am wonderful, as well as all the candidates and their mom's and dad's if they have any and not only that but my grumpy neighbor who still thinks i stole her dawg but i didn't as well as all the contestants for their congratulations and also i would like to mention my parachute rigger whom i don't trust but let her rig my lines cuz she's cute and she keeps mumbling about money and stuff ... and also the bank that doesn't know where I live and most of all all you nice ladies out there with your charm and yer wit for allowing me to enter this contest and win the gold
i am sane ....
thank you for the gold and congrats to all the other winners who only didn't win cuz they aren't as crazy as i am and believe me you don't wanna go there cuz you'll wishya hadn't, it is better to be sensitive and a liberated male
than to win the gold here ... which is why, I won the gold because I am sane
