Ok Poets.....I made a decision not to wait any longer, as I have severe time limitations with move, etc.....

....and.....this contest is known for timely reviews, critiques, scores and handing out Trophys ~

I am sure your other Judge, Justin, was tied up and could not get the rest reviewed.....I am sorry to have to make this call and go without his scores for the last few entries ~

His scores on the other entries are now void ~

I will probably recieve some mail which does not agree with this decision.......I'm ready for it.....but as your Host, I have to be the one who keeps the PO' Contests on track and on time ~

12 minutes ago I am experimenting with the categories in an effort for me to give a better critique. So I may be adjusting over the next few weeks. I’ve divided up the theme - as there are many themes that are unique, but creativity is not fully used. Also, some themes are not unique, but the poet makes it very creative and unusual.
I’ve also added ‘personal appeal’…..for me, some poems score high in a lot of areas, but just aren’t really appealing. Then again, some score lower, but are much more interesting and appealing to the reader. Also this gives you, the poet, a chance to see that not everyone will view - or like - your work in the same way. It does NOT mean your work is ‘bad’ - just that it does not appeal to everyone. No matter how good it is - some will like it, some won’t.
If anyone has any suggestions on the categories used, please feel free to PM me - I am open to any ideas that will help me to be able to help you.

Final Notes:

I found this to be a difficult PO contest to judge, with so many poems close in the scoring. As always...I enjoyed reading each entry and thank you all for sharing your talents with us. I disagree with you, I took that story and wove it into a rhyming piece of poetry, added use of imagery and alliteration. Only the core was the same, because, of course, the story is what inspired it. Regardless, I deleted it, the first time I have even removed one of my pieces, and the first time I have been unjustly accused of plagarism. Good day...and in the end, no hard feelings. Whatever.

Let me say one thing Poets......plagiarism is stealing.......do not justify your actions by adding imagery and alliteration to another persons work, and calling it your own ~
