This is my 83rd contest and I would like you to use the above image for inspiration for your poem.

Contest – Fantasy Picture Inspired III

**10 lines exactly.**

I will be away on vacation starting on August 27. I am extending
the contest until Sept. 3 when I return home.

Prompt Is: above picture. Please credit the artist.

Please note: I do not enjoy abstract poetry. Form poetry, Free verse and Rhyming poetry are welcomed.

I don't have many rules except the following:

1. Please keep it G rated. No Erotica.
2. No chat speak or sticky caps.
3. Please use spell check. Grammar and punctuation is important.
4. You may enter only one poem in this contest.
5. Gold and Silver members please post picture to your entry. Thank you.
6. Please follow all directions.
7. If less than 8 entries, contest will be closed and no point or cups will be awarded.

    Wow, what a spectacular prompt; I feel like there's a message behind the Pegasus's horn and the maiden's sword

    Congratulations to Summer Daze, for a Golden entry and bosiarbooger for a Silver lining I'm humbled and proud to receive the Bronze and the HM by Kazytc was priceless infact all the entree's were excellent Write on Poets, and I thank you ShelleyA, for giving us the inspiration!
