Alright. First things first, let me make it clear that the more poets to enter, the more the points will raise. Now that we have that out of the way, let's get started, shall we? Fairy tales don't ALWAYS have happy endings. You may have a sad or happy ending, just be creative with it! Any length of poem is okay. I AM accepting prewrites, just make sure you think you've got a fighting chance if you are going to enter one. I've got a few options here, so let me explain.
Options:
Option 1- Write me a poem inspired by one of these pictures. If you choose this option, please specify which picture you chose in your author's notes (along with the option). Please do not take these photos as they do NOT belong to me.
Picture A
Picture B
Picture C
Option 2- Take a common fairy tale and give a a twist. Take away the happy ending and make it sad. Make me hurt, crush my childhood beliefs. I want lots or description and lots of emotion.
Option 3- Anything fairy tale related, it can be an fairy tale (happy or sad ending). It can be about someone who doesn't believe in fairy tales anymore. It can be about someone who wants their own fairy tale come true. It can be happy, sad, funny, or any other feeling you can think of. ANYTHING FAIRY TALE RELATED.
And now for the not so fun part, the rules.
Rules:
1. I'll be checking for spelling and grammar; however, it doesn't make that much of a difference. Just make sure it's readable.
2. No erotica, please. I can't read it and I don't want to.
3. Swearing is fine; keep it to a minimum.
4. Put which option you used in your author's notes please, I don't read minds.
5. BE CREATIVE! HAVE FUN!
