I'm looking for your feelings regarding the Vietnam war.
Although, I prefer Rhyme, I will accept all forms of poetry in this contest.
I'm interested in your honest feelings and opinions regarding
the Vietnam era be they, Pro or Con.
I know we are going through the Iraq situation now, but this contest is in regards to VIETNAM ONLY!
HM's may be added later depending on the quality, as well as the quantity of the entries.

- Final notes: Thank you for all the entries and I enjoyed the reading of them and also the varying opinions and feelings regarding the Vietnam era.
Entries were varied as to opinions and varied as to their sources.
Some authors were veterans of the Vietnam war: Some were family members of vets or friends of them.
One entrant was from an author who's mother escaped Saigon just days before it fell.

Wow.
Still a touchy subject.
Canada watched in horror; accepted those who were able to flee here. I would never dishonor those who thought they were doing the right thing, but I'd blow the low lifes who tricked them into thinking that away without second thought. Peace. -
Aww good luck with the contest I am glad to know the war isn't forgotten their heros living and who died fighting
