I am looking for an observation made in solitude.

 

 

 

 

Please welcome Thomas Scott as my co-judge -

he will be commenting on all the entries as well

as helping me choose the finalists & trophy winners.

 


Contest guidelines:

* 25 words or less
* free verse
* left aligned
* plain background
* clear metaphor (if you use it)

* imagery
* simplicity

* creativity
* no cutting, dark poems

    Quite a diverse & interesting number of entries in this contest, thanks to all of you, it was a pleasure to read your poems and congrats to the 3 trophy winners & finalists.

    You all wrote wonderfully, it was a hard one to judge...thanks to Tom for all of his guidance with this one, and for his wonderful comments on the poems...

      I was thinking of that...but I went with free verse because I wouldn't be able to be a good judge of Haiku..I hardly know anything about them...lol
