Hello again!
I love old houses and wonder about their history, as some of you may know. This is what this contest is about. Look at the following picture and imagine who may have lived there, and what events may have taken place there. Create a fantasy history for the house if you'd like. Maybe even a ghost story! The original structure was built in 1633. I will also provide a link so that you can read about its history if you want to write from that prospective as well. Either way is fine with me. I prefer rhyme or story form. Free-verse is all right as well.
Here is the historical link:

My previous contests of this nature have produced some amazing poems, so I hope this one will as well. If you have any questions, please IM me. If you reserve a spot, PLEASE complete your entry BEFORE the contest ends.
Have fun!

Hey
Thanks so very much for the gold. You know how much I enjoy writing this type of poem, doing the research and then trying to make it all fit into the poem. Lots of other good writes here as well and congrats to all the entrants and particularly the other winners.
Waiting for your next one.
