LET'S SHOOT THE MESSENGER!

Well after my last collab with penman I was encouraged to try it again. And despite the concerns I get at times over his, er, creativity on prompts, as in OMG he didn't say that, I will bravely go where sane minds fear to tread. Hmmm, well any that still want to be sane I guess.

So here we go. Come on and "shoot the messenger" of these prompts with some dazzling poetic arrows. Oooh, gotcha didn't we?

Here are your prompt choices:

1. Give us 50 words about, "if life were a peanut butter and jelly sandwich I would ..."

2. Give us 50 words about, "Cannibal clowns who devour smiles."

3. Give us 50 words about, "Lilly pad lies and pond scum excuses."

4. Give us 100 words about, "Brilliant barnacle boasts before breakfast."

5. Give us 100 words about, "Making a spectacle out of panhandler dreams."

6. Give us 100 words about, "Breakfast in bed doesn't mean using sheet as napkin."

7. Give us 100 words about, "Milk shakes in your shoes that are last night's Tequila."

Okay come on aim that quill and hit the target. Blast away and do us proud or make us smile.

Second Place 600 points

Third Place 400 points

Honorable mentions possible.

Rules:

1. No using hand grenades as tooth brush.

2. No posting RIP sign on end of maternity patient's bed.

3. No eating onions under a prune while painting cows purple.

4. No using roller skates for hair brush while reciting the ten commandments.
