- Final notes: This was a fantastic contest. I was so excited to see all the entries I got and the poems were outstanding. but after much thought I have picked my finalists and I shall explain why.
Gold:
Pearls of Thought
was the most outstanding poem by far! I hope you all read it becasue it was a pleasure. it addressed every pearl, which was my challlenge and it was just perfect with a stunning ending.
Silver:
From My Oyster
was asome it got even better as you read more of it. the passion and love was amazing and the diction was unique in this contest and it stood out from the rest.
Bronze:
Spherical Blues
this was a beautiful poem. It was the pearl I would have chosen for myself and the colourful imagery and description was amazing bronze was well deserved.
Emerald:
Oyster Wisdom
was a pretty story that rhymed and my sister loved it when I read it to her. her little face lit up and asked me to say thankyou to you the poet for composing such a lovely piece. the magic captured my heart and hers and you deserve the hm for recorgnition.
