Give Me Love......On Fire


Hi Brilliant poets!

I am in the mood for my favorite poetry which of course is love poems but I am particular about what I love...

I want you to combine these prompts ...Look at the picture above,
and this quote:



"Love is friendship set on fire."

and create something both beautiful and moving
I want to sigh and be shaken ...Do that and you will place...

***I adore sensual poetry, BUT NOT HARD CORE EROTICA... If you do not know the difference, do not bother entering***

I am very fond of originality, excellent use of poetic device such as imagery, metaphor, alliteration and
in my contests, without emotion, poetry does not touch me, no matter how wonderful the rhyme, meter, etc...
I am a huge fan of free verse, but I also love rhyme and form poetry when written well and unforced..

Please use spell check and be nice to everyone
