Punctuation Contest (Humour)

Glasyalabolas and I are fed up of contests where they don't comment on the poetry, i,e,. words and content, but pay a lot of attention to punctuation. We've been having some amusing, grumpy conversations about it, which gave me an idea. A punctuation contest.

I don't mind when they point out an error and would rather they did but I object to them asking me to put punctuation in where I'd rather not use it.

Go wild with punctuation, laugh at it, be angry about it, write about how it makes you feel, make images with it, oh just go where your imagination wills it.

    Punctuation.

before one gets carried away I just have this example to say.
    same words, different gender.

Male:- A woman, without her man, is nothing.

Female:- A woman; without her, man is nothing.
    • Cute!
    • and

I agree that sometimes punctuation is necessary and useful, and I'm meticulous about it when writing essays and articles etc but in Freeform poetry it shouldn't be forced on us by judges in contests.
  • Ok, but what about something like this?

    ( o ) ( o )
    .\......./
    ..).....(
    .(...V...)
    ..\...../

Ok so she has the measels because of this write program and how it doesn't recognize spaces.
