    may I ask what double and shadow are? I know basic acrostic, but not those. I would love to try them though

      I imagine that a "double acrostic" is a loose term for what is properly called an "acroteleostic" - i.e. the first AND last letters of the lines spell out words.

      sometimes they call the shadow acrostics mirror acrostics, i think a double is when you used the word twice,
