Try this... or not

No adjectives AT ALL.

Ten lines or less (line breaks not included).

Subject: Any.

Form: Any.

My only no-no: Slapstick humor.

Only open for a day, so get to gettin'.

For inspiration, read the works of Richard Brautigan.

"Hardest" being an adjective of course...

It's a superlative adjective, one of the superlativest that I know.

Thanks for the shiny bit there, ma'am. And yeah, this was HELLA hard for someone who sleeps nightly next to adjectives and all their pretty cousins, lol. But I am delighted, really truly thrilled at the nod...for it was not my poem that was recognized, but the emotion he makes me feel. I have him to thank for that...

Okay, enough gushin'...lol. YAY to me! I did it!

    Congrats to everyone else!!

And that's what it's all about, eh? Appreciating the challenge. I wouldn't enter a contest I don't feel challenged by

Thank you for hosting. This was very fun. I've been more concious of my adjectives since the contest too. I'm sick of those stupid, ugly, ridiculous, obnoxious, unimaginative adjectives.
