With summer in full swing, I thought it would be the perfect time to cool off with some Autumn/Thanksgiving and winter/Christmas poems. In honor of this being my 100th contest, I will be accepting 100 entries. I do have a few rules for this one though.
1. You may enter as many as you like but please DO NOT submit any I have commented on before. I won’t remove them, but they most likely won’t win either.
2. This is an anonymous contest so I won’t know if I give more than 1 trophy to the same person. If this will upset you, please don’t enter.
3. I WILL NOT be awarding applause for this contest.
4. I prefer the upbeat feel good kind of pieces. So go for it. Make me wish we had a foot of snow and it was time for the holidays. Most of all, enjoy yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: I usually do not check the new poetry list when I am doing contests. If any of my favorites, (and you guys know who you are) have any for me to read, please take a moment to send the link.
