Prompt is "Can't stop listening to white houses."
10 poets.
Use the picture if you want; I really don't care.
Plain background please.
Please spellcheck.
Freeverse is preferred, but if the rhyme is subtle and not forced, then it's okay. I just don't really like rhyme if it's overdone or forced.
Choose one of the other; don't half rhyme and half not.
20 lines or under, give or take. I don't want novels, but if you go a little over it's alright. Definitly nothing over 40 lines. By lines, I mean lines of content, not how many times you press "Enter," which is the way AllPoetry counts it.
Profanity... well, can we keep it out of this one?
Nothing Adult or Erotica themed; it won't let me read it, and besides, it's not what I'm looking for.
One last thing: Please press "Enter" or "Return" twice at the end of the poem. It makes the poem look more professional, because it stops before it continues into the Author's Notes. It also makes it easier for me to read. Thank you very much!
Best of luck to you all!

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on July 13
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50
- Final notes: I ended this contest early because I didn't get many entries. The ones I got were mostly good, and the three winners were definate. I had no doubt that all three placers deserved it. It was dificult to judge the gold and silver because I feel like they were both almost equal, but I had to in the end.
Gold:
Pride
Silver:
The Psalms of Purity
Bronze:
my childhood friend
Thank you all so much for entering!
