After Surgery Smiles Needed.

Hi Everyone,
As most of you know my Daughter Kiarna has been sick for the longest time, had surgery called off twice due to severe asthma, and been generally very ill. Thank God though two days ago she was finally able to be operated on, and is at home under my care recovering. She is the bravest little girl as she took everything coming at her with so much bravado, and she truly did go through a lot of trauma during surgery, and had so much anaestethic and other pumped into her that it's going to take a week alone to wear off, which the down side of is she will get very emotionally upset and down in general during this time, which has already started so anything even slight is making her cry and get upset, which I have to try my hardest to stop as if she bleeds she will be taken straight back to hospital and need further surgery. Kiarna bled a little this morning but it stopped thank God, so I am watching her vigilantly.
Okay for this contest, I want cute pony writes for her, to get that smile back on her face, after all she's been through, as she has the next 3-4 weeks recovering now. She adores My little ponies so maybe something about them.
Because I have to watch her so carefully I will come in whenever possible only but will read all your entries eventually, so please bear with me there.
Please do remember this is for a 7 year old so take that into consideration when entering. Kiarna is in the photo and that is her in hospital 2 days ago.
Anyone wanting to maybe write a poem using her name as the pony name might like to use her full name, Kiarna, Jade, Nerissa, meaning Daughter of the sea, the moon and the stars.
Let's bring back my Princesses smile now!

UPDATE: Firstly Kiarna although in pain is still her beautiful spirited angel self, and doing well Thank God, and secondly many thanks goes to Pure Thoughts who kindly donated 500 points to this contest, so I am adjusting winnings now, bear with me in commenting, as I have to do it in between caring for Kiarna, thank you again all
